Vincent is a native of Chicago, Illinois and received his B.A. from Florida State University and his J.D. from Regent University College of Law. His is a member of the Florida Family Law Inn of Court; Jacksonville Bar Association; United States District Court, Middle District of Florida; and the Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association for which he has served as president from 1998-2007.

While serving as the President of the Jacksonville Beaches Bar President, Vincent has played apart in organizing various pro bono lectures and workshops to benefit the people of the greaterJacksonville community. Vincent is also an original member of a musical band “Pro Bono”which performs for charitable causes and various fund-raising events. His firm regularly sponsors a local production of the Nutcracker dance and various athletic teams in the community.

Bryan C. Goode III
Bryan C. Goode III, “Tripp” is a partner with DiRito, Goode & Dempsey, P.L. Mr. Goode has experience in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as business and estate matters. His practice is focused in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate transactions, formation of various business entities, contract preparation and review, probate matters and homeowner/condominium association law.
Mr. Goode earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida State University in 1989, spent six years in marketing and sales with an international automotive manufacturer and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida in 1998. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association, the Florida Real Estate, Probate and Trust section of the bar and a member agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Mr. Goode is married and resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with his wife and two daughters.
